Publications that Utilize Pelagic Observer Program Data:

POP data is used in the population assessments of target species, bycatch, and protected resources. In addition, observer data has been used in a variety of both peer reviewed and gray literature produced by NOAA scientists, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and academia.
