Mr. Douglas Harper is a Research Fishery Biologist with the FAME Unit Team at NOAA-Fisheries, Southeast Fisheries Science Center. He participates in research activities on a variety of fisheries problems which involve reef resources. He also conducts computer analyses and prepares technical and scientific reports and papers. Doug, along with Larry Massey, produced the NOAA Technical Memorandum Selected computer images of southeastern U.S. marine fishes, a collection of beautiful color, gray scale, and black and white illustrations. Doug received a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences from Auburn University in 1972.
