SEFSC ES&H Inspection Checklists

These checklists are provided as a guide for SEFSC Management, Supervisory personnel (or their designees) to assist them in conducting periodic

safety assessments of their facilities as required by the NOAA Fisheries Safety Action Plan.   Each Laboratory is required to forward (electronic copies

preferred) completed audit findings to the SEFSC SECO by the 10th of each month.  These reports will be compiled and a summary submitted to the

NOAA Fisheries LECO by the 15th of each month.  Alternating amongst the various checklists will ensure all areas of concern are addressed.
