All files are writen in extended ASCII PC-8 which is similar to the IBM860 character set. If strange characters appear, your
software is not interpreting ASCII PC-8 or IBM860.


All Source code below was developed with Lahey/Fujitsu Fortran 95
Version 5.7 for Windows. Compiler optimizations were turned OFF;
the compilers optimization option was found to be unreliable.
